Perfect spot

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished, and the amenities were great. The only negative thing we could say is that we had to drive to the beach instead of being able to just walk across the street.

The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The kitchen counter had a red liquid under the coffee maker, items were left under the beds along with dirt, food and crumbs in the couch and pillow shams in the master bedroom looked like they hadn’t been washed. Overall the condo just wasn’t clean.

This place was very nice. We enjoyed watching the boats travel through the bay. We had more than enough plates, bowels, pots, pans, and utensils. Most places we rent don’t have adequate kitchen supplies, but this place does.

Vacation stay

We had a good experience with the property. The security guard was very rude and caused issues but one of the owners on site was very prompt in handling the situation. I believe the security guard was let go the night of the problem. The condo itself was very clean and as advertised. The location was great with access to the bay as well and a walk across the street to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay at Jubilee landing and plan on renting again next year.

Great condo. Loved the location on the Ole River. Walking distance to FloraBama. Smaller bedroom needs a new bed. Sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were extremely scratchy. The ability to have a 2nd car there would have made our stay much easier.

Great 4th of July Break

My husband and stayed at Jubilee Landing #203 over a long 4th of July holiday break. We stayed at this location because we brought our boat with us. Everything was just as it looks. Very nice and clean. I think we utilized most of the amenities for our short trip. We cooked on the grills provided and especially loved keeping our boat docked just below our unit. We could see it from the balcony. We will stay here again. Thank you! Dawn

Louisiana Girls Trip

This unit was great for what I came for. However my college girls and their friends didn’t like it as much lol. But for me it was very quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed the boats passing through the bay. Property wise however if you take 2 vehicles the parking isn’t great.

We felt safe & secure with no worries as we stayed at the condo. It was well worth it because after the storm we were able to take our grandson to a real beach for the first time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & it had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool as which was amazing & well kept. The self check-in & check-out was very convenient. Overall our vacation was wonderful there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home!!
