Large windows offer a magnificent panoramic view across the water. Prepare your meals in the open-plan wooden kitchen and take a seat at the dining table with a view. Afterwards, relax on the sofa or warm up by the wood-burning stove. Treat yourself to some extra relaxation in the sauna and enjoy the soothing warmth after an active day.



Step out onto the sunny terrace and let your gaze wander across the lake. Take a seat at the garden table, enjoy the peaceful setting amongst the trees and watch the sunset over the water. Walk straight from the house to the shore; on warm days, take a dip in the clear water or set off on a fishing trip. You can purchase a fishing licence online. Make use of the boat and, if you wish, hire an electric motor from the owner, as petrol engines are not permitted on Lake Torserydssjön.



Explore the nearby nature reserves along well-maintained walking trails or discover the surrounding area by bike or mountain bike. In Ljungby, visit the Fairy Tale Museum and the Sven Ljungberg Museum. Take a trip to Bolmen and stop off at the Tiraholm fish restaurant, which has its own smokehouse. Head to Tylösand for a day at the beach and enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea.
