"Sweet Retreat" on the Green - Located right on the Baytowne course, within the exclusive Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort is this luxury villa that sleeps up to 12 with everything you could need for a relaxing family stay and only a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach! We have a NEW 6-seater golf cart (spring 2023) just for your stay! In 2024 we renovated the kitchen and the first floor bathroom - you are going to love these new finishes!

Our villa is decorated in a bohemian costal style with an open plan design offering 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a generous living area, and a patio with views out onto the golf course.

Load up the 6 seater golf cart or bikes and drive around the resort with access to 2 pools (main pool heated seasonally!), a gym, tennis courts, spas, a golf club, walking and biking paths and trails, and the powdery soft beach.

Upon arrival to the villa, you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings and your very own golf cart and bicycles to take you all around the landscaped resort.

The sunken living room is filled with a large modular lounge and matching armchairs that surround the big screen Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps - perfect for a movie night in with room for everyone.

Step up into the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen features a darling coffee bar, beautiful pottery dishes, and outdoor dishes to enjoy meals al fresco! Sit together at the eclectic dining table with leaf that can seat up to 12, plus a kitchen table with bar seating for 3.

We have something for everyone including indoor board games and fun outdoor games like connect four and cornhole.

The main floor guest bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds and access to the side patio through the glass door.

Also on the main level is a handy workspace by the side patio door where you can catch up on any work or study using the free WiFi as well as a full bathroom with shower and a full sized laundry room.

Take the stairs up to the second level of the villa where you will find an additional 3 spacious bedrooms with all new mattresses and pillows offering varying levels of firmness for a perfect night's sleep along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

Our lavish master suite has a luxuriously large king bed, recliner chair, a private balcony with patio seating overlooking the green, and a sparkling ensuite bathroom with a relaxing bath and overhead shower.

Bedroom three is filled with a comfortable queen bed while bedroom four is perfect for families with a twin over full bunk bed and a roll out trundle. (Bunks are sized for the weight and comfort of children...we do not recommend for adults for comfort and safety!) Across the hall is the second full bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels for each guest.

Included with your stay is full use of our golf cart where you can load up the beach chairs, toys and cooler provided and spend your afternoons lounging on the beach or at the pool. You can use the golf cart to get anywhere within the beautiful resort - drive to two beautiful pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, spas, the golf club, Grand Boulevard, Publix, and picturesque walking trails.

We also have 5 bicycles you can ride or the golf cart all around the resort with stops at the beach and popular Baytowne Wharf with boutiques, eateries, galleries, rock climbing walls, a carousel, arcades, winter ice skating rink, playgrounds, and even ziplines!

There are approximately 37 different restaurants you can drive to by golf cart within the resort with some of the best located along Grand Boulevard along with amazing upscale shopping and a cinema.

So if you are looking for a true "Sweet Retreat" where you can escape the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy everything this stunning resort has to offer, look no further than our amazing villa! We have tried to think of everything from power strips in each bedroom for charging and extra devices, to a stocked first aid kit, to the many beach toys, cooler, bikes and more - you can pack light and relax the minute you arrive!

*During spring break weeks, we require at least 2 adults (25+) with each reservation to supervise all underage guests. We also require copies of adult driver's licenses with these bookings. Adults must physically stay at the property during reservation and cannot book for younger guests to stay unaccompanied.

**RULES - We have a video doorbell that must not be covered up or tampered with, must be 25+ to rent and supervise any guests not of age at all times, no pets, no smoking/vaping in villa or balcony/patio, all guests will receive our reservation agreement for electronic signature upon booking. The video doorbell will have views of our golf cart - drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have a signed waiver to operate. A week prior to your check-in date I will send your welcome letter and door code!**

**No pets allowed! Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. Please do not bring any pets! If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!**

**Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo or the balcony. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. Management fee includes a accidental damage waiver to protect you up to $500 for accidental damage caused in the property! We have a $500 security deposit hold placed on your account 2 days before arrival and will be released 7 days after check out if no uncovered damage is found. Guests 9 -12 incur an additional $10/night fee. Infants count in totals, even if a booking site doesn't count infants - this is for local laws and fire code laws!

**To use our golf cart, you must sign our liability waiver in advance and include the names and driver license image of any additional drivers. Drivers must be at least 21 years of age! Per Resort rules, our cart is not street legal and can only be used within the Resort and not on any public streets. Guests will be responsible for any damage to our cart and will agree to follow all safety rules and charging procedures. Golf cart may not be available to all guests due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not charge our guests for the golf cart, so there will be no refunds or discounts if cart is not available. Sandestin only allows LSV vehicles, not street legal carts.

**We provide 5 bikes in our outdoor closet that guests may use. We expect our guests to take excellent care of our bikes, not leave them outside in the elements, and to use our locks when parked outside of our villa. Guests must provide their own helmets and use extra caution and care when riding bikes and follow all rules of the road and the Resort. We do not charge an extra fee to use our bikes and they might not all be available due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, there will be no refunds or discounts.

*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
