The kitchen, dining and living areas all look out onto the porch area and have 2-story vaulted ceilings, offering lots of natural light inside – not to mention the bright and airy ambiance from the updated kitchen bar light fixture.

The beach is just a short stroll, golf cart ride (a golf cart is included with your stay!), or bike ride away, where you and your guests will be lounging with the Florida sun on your shoulders and sugar-white sand. Spend your days by lounging them away. When you need a little break, jump into the beautiful pool available for your use. Refresh and do it all again!

In the afternoons and evenings make plans to cart to the Bayside of the resort where fun for all ages awaits at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Seasonal concerts, outdoor movies, great shopping and dining options are plentiful.

Back at the townhome, enjoy a completely renovated kitchen with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, and a plethora of helpful items to make you feel at home. You’ll even have access to a charging station for all of your devices!

The master bedroom has been completely updated with a beautiful quartz double vanity, freestanding soaking tub and glass walk in shower. There is also a clock and bluetooth speaker with a charging station for your use.

Located beachside at the Resort, Tivoli is a quaint neighborhood with spacious townhome style condominiums featuring porches overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course. Tivoli is also conveniently located close to some of the best amenities on the resort, like the white sand beaches and The Market Shops, and steps from the community pool. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs. Please note one vehicle permitted per unit.
