Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Riumar" 650 m, railway station "Aldea- Amposta" 25 km, sandy beach "Riumar" 500 m. Sports harbour 1 km. Guter Standard mit einigen techn. Mängeln

Wir bewohnten das Haus mit 5 erwachsenen Personen im Mai 2023. Bei Anreise standen wir leider etwas unter Zeitdruck, so dass der Check-In etwas hastig verlief (unsererseits). Trotz außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten liegenden Uhrzeit wurde uns der Check-In ermöglicht, dafür ein dickes Plus. Bei Ankunft am Haus erzählte man uns von einem Sturm in der vergangenen Nacht und dass leider die Terrasse etwas beschädigt sein. Dort war allerdings „nur“ der Sichtschutz von betroffen, der dann am selben Tag noch repariert werden sollte (kurz vorab: bei Abreise hing das Teil immer noch auf der Terrasse). Die technischen Probleme wurden dann am zweiten Tag sichtbar. Die Toilette im Erdgeschoss war an der Wand nicht dicht so dass beim Spülen einiges an Wasser austrat. Das meldeten wir umgehend befindet Hausverwaltung welche Techniker ins Haus schickten, nach erfolgten Arbeiten mussten wir nur leider selber die Reinigung vornehmen, das sah man anscheinend nicht als selbstverständlich an. Wenn man im Obergeschoss duschen ging tropfte das Wasser durch die Decke in die Badewanne des Untergeschosses. Wurde ebenfalls gemeldet. Die Decke des Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sah so aus als wäre das Problem nicht erst zwei Tage alt. Beim Check-Out hörte man sich unsere Beschwerden zwar noch an, nahm das aber meines Erachtens nicht ganz ernst. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir über Locals vor Ort buchen die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes kennenlernen durften.

Cumple las expectativas

La casa está genial la piscina es un 10 y super limpia si tengo que ponerle alguna pega son los colchones ya que la estancia en estos alojamientos no suele ser corta y las camas eran muy incómodas, y por otro lado para acceder a la barbacoa hay que salir de la casa a la calle no había luz y no pudimos aprovecharla por la noche. El personal super amable y la zona perfecta si buscas tranquilidad buen clima.

Bien ubicado

La casa y la piscina están bien y muy limpias. Urge cambiar los sofás del salón ya que se notan los cantos de madera al sentarse. Los colchones son muy incómodos pero se puede dormir. Da la impresión de que a la finca le han quitado un trozo de terreno. Para ir a la barbacoa y a tender hay que salir de la cocina a la calle por unos ladrillos de hormigón que hacen de peldaños de escalera. La limpieza y el mantenimiento muy bien. Cambiaron una mesa y unas bombillas que estaban rotas rápidamente.

La casa està molt bé, molt espaiosa, lluminosa, nova, neta, etc. El jardí i la piscina són genials. La casa està enganxada a una altra i si tens persones veïnes que fan soroll, les sents molt, i a la inversa. Els matalassos no són gaire còmodes i tampoc ho són els sofàs. Les persones que et reben són molt amables i atentes.

Hemos pasado con mi familia unos dias estupendos. La casa disposa de todo. Lo unico que cambiaria seria el sofà, que ya esta un poco hecho polvo. Por lo demas estupendos.

Tres bien mais mitoyenne.....

Avons du mettre une toule sur le côté pour se protéger de la rue (poussière et passage des gens qui passent).La literie est très moyenne on sent les ressorts des matelas. Maison grande mais manque de matériel de cuisine.Barbecue pas pratique derrière la maison.Pas de parasol ou bache sur la terrasse malgré ma demande téléphonique à Interhome qui m'a répondu positivement.

Haus war geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Küchentisch war etwas wackelig da schon mehrmals geflickt. Dieser könnte gegebenenfalls ausgewechselt werden.
