Charming 1930s 3 bedroom brick home in the heart of the Sumter historic district. Within walking distance to Sumter Arts center and Hampton park. Very close to historic downtown commercial district and opera house. Original hardwood floors. One bedroom is in use as an office, but can be converted into a third bedroom. Screen porch on the front and patio deck in back. We do prefer a 3 week minimum.

I stayed at the property for a month and couldn't have chosen a better place. The home has so much character, space and is well maintained for a historical home.
John (the host) was very gracious and promptly responded to any communications prior to and during my stay.
I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting/vacationing in Sumter.
