You can walk back and forth easily , then enjoy a swimming pool (and sauna) before going back for the next day of festivities.

I've lived in Austin since 91. We have enjoyed the bars, restaurants, music festivals, and night life. It's fun to watch others enjoy the town that we love so much.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in a residential neighborhood near Zilker Park called Barton Hills. It is a private two-bedroom apartment with kitchenette that has access to a cool swimming pool and even a sauna. This is a more local experience than staying in a big hotel and is closer to the Austin City Limits music festival than most hotels.
