Accommodation: The residence is a 70s building located at the bottom of the road, near the departure of the ski lifts, at an altitude of 1650 m in the station of Plan-Peisey. The ski slopes are just 100 metres away and within 300 metres you will find the resort centre, the ski school and shops.Beautiful cabin studio renovated in 2020 with a beautiful south view of the mountain. It consists of a living room with a fold-down double bed, a kitchenette, a closed cabin with 2 bunk beds. Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, traditional oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker filter, toaster. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Bedding: 1 fold-down double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old) Sanitary: a bathroom with separate bath and toilet.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissues must not be removed from the beds left clean, the beds must be undone correctly with folded duvets and placed at the feet of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be the subject of a bill charged on deposit: 10€ per bed, 25€ per missing lounge, 300€ for the restoration of the furniture.Apartment NO FUMEUR: €300 odor charge for cleaning all fabrics
