Just Restored Family Farmhouse in Serene Setting with Gorgeous Views. Just 12 miles/ 15 minutes north of Columbus. About 8 minutes from historic Fayetteville, 25-30 minutes from antique shopping in Warrenton/Roundtop. This family home, The Old Place New Again, was built around 1900 and moved a mile and a half down the road where it was fully restored and now sits on 400+acres. Enjoy the long porch with cool breezes and plenty of outdoor seating. The fire pit area and patio tables are perfect for conversing. Open floor plan and island kitchen inspire great family gatherings.

Pastoral setting, charming home

Moms and adult daughters stsyed here for Roundtop/Marburger. It was a charming house on a fantastic setting. It was a bit more of a drive than we expected but we loved this property and will be back!
