Welcome to the FAYETTEVILLE FARMHOUSE
This 3 bedroom 3 bath Modern Farmhouse is located in the charming town of Fayetteville, Texas. The home that sleeps 8 was built in 2006 and completely renovated in 2023.
Fayetteville Farmhouse has been designed with plush and modern amenities. The home is 10 minutes from Marburger Antique show and 12 minutes from famous Round Top. We are 3 miles to Lake Fayette. Backing up to the town square you are walking distance to restaurants and wine bar at the Grand Fayette Hotel.

My favorite staycation location EVER!

We've travelled a fair bit and this by far was my favorite because of the Fayetteville Farmhouse. They have thought of EVERYTHING! Impeccably decorated, and feels like a luxury boutique hotel but private and oh so comfortable. From the sweet snacks to the coffee selection, the amazingly comfortable beds, the fire pit in the back and all of the games. We cannot wait to come back in the fall with friends!

Great weekend stay

This was a perfect weekend stay for us to attend a wedding in near by Round Top. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Recommendations for local dining and activities were provided. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and had all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Snacks and coffee provided were a plus as well! I recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the Round Top area.

Fayetteville Farmhouse

Our stay at the Fayetteville Farmhouse was great. This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. They beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host even had cookies for us from a local bakery. This was a perfect place to stay while we visited our son who is a counselor at Pine Cove.

This house was perfect for a fun sister trip to enjoy the spring antique shows. The house was immaculately clean and very well appointed. The owners have taken great care in providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. They even left baked treats which were a special touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. Antique Show Trip

This was my second time to stay at this property. The home is better than the pictures. Extremely clean, neat, and comfortable. We were a group of two couples, and the house was a great size for us. We stayed in and cooked a simple meal one evening and the kitchen was well supplied with everything needed. It is a short drive through the country to the antique shows in the Round Top area. We plan on staying in this home again in the future. Also, the owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable and quaint!

We loved this cute little farmhouse that has been newly renovated! There were 8 adult women and we were all very comfortable and cozy! We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and even told us the history of the house and sent pictures before renovations of what it looked like. We walked to the few shops that are there right around the corner and everyone was SO friendly! We met the neighbor and she helped us find some firewood to burn in the pit! Would highly recommend and I’ll be back!

Lovely farmhouse in Quaint town of Fayetteville

This property is 15-20 minutes from Round Top—where the most amazing antique and home show takes place twice a year. This best of Texas show, especially in the spring when the bluebonnets are blooming, is a must see! And the Fayetteville Farmhouse is the perfect place to stay. Close by but not in the crowds, the house is beautifully furnished, super clean with great linens and beds. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, or not. (Joe’s Cafe and several other restaurants are a short walk from the house.) The coffee bar and snacks were a welcome treat—thank you, Lori! I should note the town is near a train track that runs several times a day. We heard the train, but we’re not bothered by it and will stay here in the future when we visit the area. 😊

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

We stayed here for the Round Top Wine Festival and it could not have been better. This was our second year attending the wine fest and would book this place again and again. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone and we enjoyed a night in on the big couch in the living room, drinking wine and watching Netflix. The home is fully stocked with all the snacks, who doesn't love snacks? We also enjoyed the freshly baked cookies from the local baker, which was a wonderful touch. The only tiniest suggestion I'd give is adding a disposable shower cap to bathroom goodies. Wonderful stay in Fayettville, TX!

Home away from home

Fayetteville Farmhouse is officially my come away from home. This space is AWESOME. My book club, Daughters Of The Black Madonna (DOBM), had our annual retreat here and I can say that this group will be back! The hosts had everything we needed and then some! The area is quiet and peaceful. We didn’t have great weather but the house made up for it with games and treats. The beds were all so very comfortable, we all slept like we were at home. I cannot wait for another stay at Fayetteville Farmhouse. DOBM will be back… I’ll be back❤️
