Water View House 7 Miles From Topock Marina 10 Miles From Pirate's Cove

We do accept snowbirds, please send an inquiry.

Our house is a stick built house with a quaint water view. Why drive 45 minutes further to Havasu and wait over an hour to launch, just to run your boat up to Topock 66 and/or Pirate Cove. We're 7 miles from Topock 66 Marina and 10 miles from Pirate's Cove Marina. There's usually no wait to launch, even on the three day weekends there's little or no wait to launch your boat at Pirate's Cove (Topock 66 can have a wait).

Nice and spacious. The house feels like home. Good staying place for the Arizona heat.Location wise is close enough for the Lake Havasu, Kingsman, and Laughlin areas. Pretty convenient.
