Our villa is south-facing on a 700m² plot of land planted with magnificent palm trees that plunge us into the world of holidays and relaxation!

The completely open ground floor is composed of a living room, dining room and kitchen, convivial and air-conditioned, as well as a toilet.
The living room has a cosy sofa area as well as an ambilight TV, a PlayStation 4 and a pellet stove.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge & American freezer with water, ice cubes and crushed ice dispenser, top-of-the-range appliances).
The dining room is equipped with a large table that can accommodate 12 guests and gives you
access through the bay windows to a first outdoor terrace of about 30m² where you will find garden furniture with coffee table, a breakfast table for 12 people and a charcoal barbecue, all with a breathtaking and completely unobstructed view of the surrounding fields and forests.

This terrace communicates with a second terrace below offering you a magnificent swimming pool of 8m by 4m covered by a dome 3m high and heated to 29° with a lounge area for aperitifs at the water's edge as well as an inflatable spa that can accommodate 7 people and heated to 38°.

The upper floor on half level, offers you access to 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. A first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm) that can be pushed together according to your needs for 1 King Size double bed of 180x200, a second bedroom (family) with a Queen size double bed (160x200cm) communicating with a dressing room also equipped with a children's bed. The 3rd bedroom on the ground floor offers a King size bed (200x200cm) with large dressing room and small lounge area and gives direct access to a brand new shower room.
A 2nd bathroom (also new) with shower and corner bath is also present on this landing as well as a separate toilet.

The lower floor on half level, offers you access to the other 2 bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm) and the second with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) with views of the pool and nature with direct access to the 2nd terrace equipped with a Spa, the pool and relaxation chairs.
This lower half level also opens the doors to a 60m² relaxation and games area, billiards, table football, darts, table tennis, retro-gaming arcade machines, bar area with beer tap and sofas to allow you to spend wonderful convivial moments with friends or family at any age!

Bed linen and towels are provided as well as equipment for the little ones (travel cot, extendable children's bed, toilet reducer, changing mat and booster seat).

We offer you access to the entire property which is fully fenced.
Pets are gladly allowed in the house, as long as they do not cause damage.
You can park cars in front of the house and in front of the garages.

Many walks are accessible from the house, on foot or by bike (1 adult bike and 1 child bike are at your disposal).

Located between Metz, Nancy, Luxembourg and Saarbrücken, the region offers many tourist, cultural and sporting activities.

The Amnéville leisure area is about 35 minutes away (Zoo, Aquarium, Tree climbing, cinema, concert hall, golf, Casino, ice rink, bowling, Laser Game, Escape Game, Thermapolis, Villa Pompei, Snow world, etc ...) with also its Walygator amusement park.
