Maison assez grande et propre avec tout le confort. Trois choses a savoir :- Nous n'avions pas noté l'absence de serviettes sur l'annonce mais il a été possible d'en disposer pour 5 euros/personne. - Nous n'avons pas souhaité faire le ménage de toute la maison avant le check out ce qui a été possible pour 40. - Il nous a été demandé de quitter à 10h alors que l'annonce stipulait 11h.

Bonjour
Je suis désolé mais tout est clair et spécifié, sans surprise, et il n'y a jamais eu de problème avec cela.
Je reprends les termes de l'annonce "Des serviettes de bain peuvent être fournies sur demande avant l'arrivée avec supplément. Il y a possibilité de demander à l'arrivée une option pour la réalisation du ménage de fin de séjour avec supplément"
Ce sont des possibilités, la maison est en général rendue propre et rangée par les voyageurs comme toute location de courte durée.
Quant à l'horaire de départ, il est demandé avant 11h si elle est louée le soir même (sinon souvent après le repas) de manière à réaliser un ménage complet d'une maison plutôt grande et que les futurs clients puissent prendre possession des lieux à 16h le jour même dans d'excellentes conditions.
Une procédure d'arrivée est donnée au voyageur, qui n'a pas été respectée pour ce séjour, (une heure d'attente des clients sur place).
Il a fallu aussi s'adapter au fait que le nombre de voyageurs annoncé était supérieur au final à celui annoncé au départ car aucune communication en amont de ces informations.
