A bicycle room is available on the ground floor for cyclists.

The apartment is allergy-friendly, complete with laminate or Floor tiles equipped.
The very spacious living room with dining area has a large window front to the balcony and is therefore very bright and friendly.
With its new large sofa bed (lying area approx. 160 x 200 cm), the living room offers the possibility of an additional bed.
40 inch flat screen cable TV, Blu-ray / DVD player, stereo and free WiFi offer the comfort you are used to at home.
From the living room you have access to the large, furnished, south / west balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the south beach and the Baltic Sea.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180cm x 200 cm; two 7-zone pocket spring mattresses) and a large wardrobe.
There are also two bedside tables, a shoe cabinet, a chest of drawers and a 30 inch flat screen cable TV.
There are also 4 duvets and 4 pillows. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen as well as hand and tea towels or optionally book it as an external service.
The modern kitchen is completely new with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and 4-ring ceramic hob. There are also: coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, all cooking utensils, kettle, sufficient dishes and much more.
The modern tiled bathroom with bath / shower, modern hanging toilet and many storage options also invites you to relax. There is also a towel rail heater, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.
Suitable for children (children's DVDs, children's dishes and games available). Long term renters welcome.
