5 newly renovated studio apartments for 2 to 4 people per studio, a total of 20 people in a great location just 200 meters from the main beach of Zadar, called Kolovare and about 15 minutes walk from the historic old town. The apartments are fully equipped with a small, functional kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, double bed and sofa bed or two single beds and sofa bed or bunk bed, bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV. Very quiet location in the picturesque Arbanasi district, with many small streets and streets. Only 200 meters from the sea and the beach and 15 minutes from the old town of Zadar. Many shops and restaurants nearby and the Zadar bus station can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot

Propriétaires d'une rare gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Cadre idyllique, réellement à proximité de la plage et de supermarchés. La vieille ville est magnifique, à 20 minutes de marche du logement. Bref, tout était parfait.

Einfach super!

Uns ( zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind) hat es super gefallen. Unsere Tochter war völlig begeistert von dem Pool. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten und auch das Parken ist kein Problem. Supermarkt ist ebentin wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einzig in die Stadt sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren aber man hätte auch gut laufen können. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit-man bekommt auch immer Tips für Ausflüge. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer toller Urlaub!

Wir waren zu 4 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ) in dem Studio. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber und bequem. Der Pool war erfrischend. Leider war es doch sehr eng für 4 Personen.

Very comfortable, ideal location, excellent hosts.

We really enjoyed our time in Zadar. The apartments were set up with everything you need for a short stay. The weather was very hot, so the efficient air con was welcome! And also the pool, for frequent quick swims. The apartments are located in a peaceful neighbourhood near the sea, supermarkets, and close to the bus station which is very convenient if you want to take day trips to National Parks. You can walk by the sea to the old Roman town in 20 - 25 mins, and the harbour is there if you want to take a boat trip to the Kornati Islands. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and we would recommend it!
