This cottage, with a separate entrance, adjoins the owners' home. On the ground floor: - a living room with a lounge, dining table, and kitchen - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - a bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm beds, which can be converted into a 160 x 200 cm bed - a bathroom with a shower and toilet. For your comfort, towels and sheets are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Outside: - a garden furniture set with a parasol and barbecue - a large wooded lawn and a no-kill fishing pond (carp and roach), unsecured and shared with the owners and B&B guests Parking on the property with an electric gate. Soft, contemporary colors: the cozy atmosphere of this cottage invites you to dream and relax. On sunny days, enjoy the peace and quiet of nature by relaxing in the garden, trying out the many recreational facilities: swing, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, or fishing by the pond. Traveling with your pet? They're welcome here, provided they're sociable and used to living with other animals, as the owners themselves have a dog named Rio. The house also has a guest room, which is also certified by Gîtes de France under the reference 35G24096. Make the most of your stay to plan your getaways: stroll through the narrow streets of Bécherel, a small town of character dedicated to old books, 5 km away, join the Ille-et-Rance canal in Hédé-Bazouges, 17 km away, visit the bustling city of Rennes, 30 km away, or let yourself be enchanted by the forest of Brocéliande in Paimpont, 38 km away.
