General: This villa is situated on the wooded hillside of the Montagne Noire, a few kilometers from an authentic village. It features a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the expansive view. The village has a few small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar), and several large supermarkets and other stores are a 15-minute drive away. You can walk directly from the villa into the surrounding vineyards and wooded hills, and there are several sites to visit in the area for a multi-day holiday. In the winter of 2022, the villa was furnished with new furniture, a new modern kitchen with appliances, and a new bathroom. The house is absolutely top-notch. Interior: The living room (40 m², air-conditioned) and the open-plan kitchen (10 m²) are equipped with all necessary appliances and open through French doors onto the covered terrace. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and one bedroom has a double bed (160 x 220 cm). The third bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and French doors opening onto the terrace. The bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet. There is a second toilet in the hallway next to the front door. Outside: Adjoining the living room is a covered terrace with garden furniture. Directly connected to this is the spacious terrace with a large heated swimming pool (12 x 4 meters) and Roman steps. To the right is a second covered terrace where you can relax late into the evening, enjoying the peaceful view overlooking the magnificent landscape. The entire property is surrounded by 3600 square meters of land. A barbecue is also available for your use. The parking lot is on the property to the left of the house.
