Welcome home! Our Ajax Unit C condo is what you have been waiting for. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath multi-level condo is perfect for large families or small groups. It is located on the west side of Telluride with upstairs views of the Ajax Peak at the end of (our) the Telluride box canyon
The spacious entryway has plenty of storage for ski boots or hiking boots in the summer. Skis and bikes can be stored on the front porch or storage area in garage. The main floor also features the first guest room. A queen size bed and a twin bunk so all the kiddos can camp out together. There is a full-size bathroom on this level as well.
As you head up each floor, enjoy all the local telluride art adorning the staircases. The open concept second level is perfect for entertaining, and the family chef is (not closed off in the kitchen) right there for your recipe suggestions! The large dining table has enough seating for 8 and there are 2 bar seats for overflow dining. The high ceilings make the living area seem large and the fluffy leather furniture makes the space feel awfully cozy at the same time. Enjoy the board games and books while hanging out in the living room. There is a large SMART TV on Sonos surround sound for movie nights.
The second guest room features a queen size bed and a ¾ quarter bathroom with waterfall shower head. There is a large deck for a summer appetizer and wine pre-dinner seating. In the winter, cozy up on this covered deck and watch the next day's snows come in.
Head upstairs to the third floor dedicated to the master. The suite features a king-size bed with the most luxurious linens and the ensuite bathroom has enough space for both of you to get ready for a night on the town!
It does not have an assigned parking space or garage parking usage, but it does come with an on-street parking permit and map. The home also features a gas fireplace, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer. BL #242
