Group accommodation for nice meetings with friends, family and friends

The house offers plenty of space for meetings in a cozy atmosphere. A large garden with a table and chairs, space for a small campfire, grill and pizza grill is at your disposal.

In our group room there is a piano and a fireplace. Comfortable hours on the Big Sofa or playing together on the long table is all there is to do.

You can use the ground floor in the house. Here are two beautiful rooms, one with 3 beds and one with double bed. There is also a bathroom, the kitchen and the group room.

On the upper floor there are 4 more rooms for you. The first room has a double bed. In the next room, I always call it room purple (probably because of the wallpaper: D) there are three single beds.
The family room can accommodate up to 5 people, and there is also a sitting area. The last room has two beds. These can be pushed together at will or apart. A bathroom and a storage room complete the whole.
Since we try to keep the price down, the bed linen is to bring your own. The sheets and small towels are provided by us. Bed linen can also be booked for € 3.50.

In total we rent in Vierbach 2 houses which can also be used together.
Romantic, cozy, with room for up to 35 guests in two houses only 500m apart. Large group room and self-catering kitchen (for a fee) in the center of Germany with a short journey. Good traffic connections to Wehretal. Small village near the Hohen Meißner. As a special service on request there is the catering from the small fruit wine tavern in Vierbach. A fireplace for cozy hours and a romantic farm garden complete the complex.
Pets are allowed in our non-smoking house. ;-)

Leisure activities such as pottery, guided hikes or making music can also be booked.

On holidays, we rent each house only as a whole. This results in a separate price and the minimum stay is 3 nights. Everything else by message.
The homeowners are also located as a contact in the vicinity.


The guest house Katharina was built in the 60s. Here is the village shop and the post office was operated.

The house is surrounded by a garden of more than 1000 m2. Under the old pear tree you will find the barbecue area. Tables and chairs and benches are spread out in the garden.

we are a young family with two small children. Our house Katharina here in Wehretal-Vierbach is so big, there is plenty of room for guests.
On the ground floor is a large group room with 55 square meters. A great place for smaller gatherings and celebrations. In addition to the group room is still a simple kitchen in which you can cook together. In addition to the small bathroom there are two more bedrooms on the ground floor.
So that our guests can also accommodate in large numbers, we have prepared for you on the third floor many nice little bedrooms. So in our house a total of up to 17 guests can be accommodated. Our house also has a large garden and a barbecue - both can be used during your stay. On the upper floor there are two more bathrooms and a small kitchenette - practically if you want to prepare in the evening a little tea or something similar. The guest area offers a lot of space and possibilities with a total of approx. 160 square meters and 6 bedrooms. In the group room there is a woodburning stove that provides cozy warmth in the transitional periods or in winter. The entire house is heated by an oil central heating which also provides the necessary warm shower water.

Excursions:
Here in Werra Meißner circle there is a lot to experience !! Always worth a hike is the wildlife park Germerode just 4 km away from us. If you want to experience a lot of nature, there is plenty of opportunity on the high Meißner and plenty of well-marked hiking trails. The Werratalsee near Eschwege invites you to take a bath. You can also do paddle tours on the Werra. An old coal mine in Abterode can be visited and if you are looking for cultural highlights then the Wartburg near Eisenach is recommended. Here you can walk in Luther's footsteps. Eisenach is about 45 minutes drive from us. Last but not least, the romantic half-timbered town of Bad Sooden Allendorf in the border museum offers the opportunity to experience the history of the division of Germany in a multifaceted way.
Festival aficionados are still recommending the Festival Open Flair, which takes place every August. Small but nice. My tip in front of our house is a bank because you can sit so do nothing and drink a little cozy;))) that is synonymous.

Four kilometers from Vierbach goes the railway line Göttingen / Fulda with the breakpoint Reichensachen Wehretal along. Here you have every 2 hours connection to the big wide world!
