Spacious and well-appointed condo with two balconies.Very comfortable beds and living room as well.Magnificent well-stocked kitchen.Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Perfectly located building and beautiful unit with balconies on two sides. We appreciated the parking spot, and enjoyed walking to most areas of interest and wonderful restaurants. Barbara was very responsive to questions and detailed instructions for the building and condo.

Very detailed check-in and check-out process seemed daunting, but ended up fine (due to the detail provided, I might add). Unit was very well appointed. Having two balconies with fireplaces for the chilly evenings was great.

The condo was beautiful and so centrally located we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Victoria! The check in process was simple, parking was secure and guaranteed your spot for the duration of stay. The kitchen was well appointed and lovely. The two patio/balconies were amazing...covered and comfy. The back was a particular favorite as it was overlooking the beautiful gardens and water features. It was very peaceful for being right downtown.

Impressive property host, will be back. Great location. Parking was problematic as only provided 1 parking spot. We followed direction for process in visitors parking but my brother n law received a ticket for 40. A condo for 6 people should have parking for 2 vehicles.

The condo is wonderful! It’s very comfortable, well stocked, and so conveniently central. The host was responsive and kind. My only issue was a moth ball like odor. We just opened the balcony doors to get fresh air whenever we were in the condo and that seemed to be alright.

The condo is lovely: two large bedrooms, each with a bathroom. There is a den that has a queen size bed. Another half bath. It is spacious and has two very lovely balconies. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to downtown Victoria. There were 4 adults and a three year old. Great place to stay!

The good: The host was excellent and flexible, permitting an early check-in for us. The condo was really well equipped and in a great, central location. The less than good: the place was in desperate need of a good clean. We had to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves on day one after our baby’s knees turned completely black from crawling. The showers (primarily in the main bedroom) were filled with mold, so was the washing machine. Both the sheets and the towels smelled strongly of mildew and the small bedroom off the main hallways had a distinct “unwashed” smell. The baseboards looked like they hadn’t been dusted in months.Overall, the place had a lot of excellent features but the general lack of cleanliness really dampened our enjoyment.

Clean Great Location Outdoor Patios x 2 Overall, great location, very clean and the unit was as advertised. The host Barbara was quick with any communication and super helpful. This is the kind of rental that makes you start to dream about what it would be like to live new place. We live in a rural area and this downtown location was a great experience.

Excellent location

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in the heart of Victoria. The location was fantastic for walking to every location we desired. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The check-in and checkout process was smooth.
