1940’s cottage remodeled in 2017 on three acres right outside of the city of Martin. Less than two miles from UTM and the medical district. Quiet and safe area. The house is decorated comfortably with soft fabrics and exposed wood. The property is fully furnished for either an extended stay or simply overnight.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cottage! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and looked even better than the photos. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and there are several porches on the house to relax on. The host was helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here if we are back in the area!

Beautiful property. Cutest little 1 bedroom cottage. 1 twin mattress, 1 toddler matress, 2 full size air mattresses and all the sheets and blankets you need to fit a larger family. Worked great for 2 adults and 4 kids. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to food and other necessities. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us to use your property.
