I run a construction business and work out of town most of the time. When I do happen to be home, I spend my time in my room. I rarely use the kitchen so you will have the majority of it to yourself. I wake up around 6am through 9am and get home around 7pm through 10pm depending on my schedule.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for someone looking to have a nice quite mid to long term stay. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. A big private community gate with 24hr surveillance. Amazing restaurants near by. Fast freeway access a couple blocks away. Decent entertainment downtown, and a boat rental location right down the main street 8 minutes away from the Delta river.

What makes this property unique

Has a private bathroom inside the room you will not need to share with anyone but yourself. Provided disposable toothbrush and toothpaste as well as head and shoulders Shampoo and dove body wash. Towels and extra linen also provided.
