Awesome outdoor deck with nice views of Lake Cherokee and Clinch Mtns.
Situated between historic Morristown and Jefferson City.
Centrally located for easy drive to Panther Creek State Park, Morristown Landing, Smoky Mtns, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville.
Amenities include Split Unit Air Conditioning, 60" TV, and Wi-Fi.
Appliances included: Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Toaster Oven, Ice maker, Full size refrigerator in basement, and Keurig coffee maker (free coffee included!)
Private 1 parking space inside basement directly below loft.
No small children allowed please.

I originally was from Indiana and met my wife Janie who is an East Tennesse native. We have been hosting for over 2-years now and enjoy hosting people from all parts of the US and a few visitors from Europe.
Why they chose this property
We have been living in this neighborhood for over 30 years now and thoroughly enjoy it. We have had several guests comment that we are fortunate to live in a nice neighborhood with lake views and we don't take it for granted! It has also been a very safe location.
What makes this property unique
The loft is nicely equipped and comfortable for couples and the added bonus of a private parking space under the loft makes it safe and convenient for guests.
