Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave the laundry to us! Bed as-is and towels on the shower stall floor. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run wash cycle.
Please remove all items from the fridge, cupboards and place all trash in the bear proof receptacle outside and make sure to latch it.
Please touch the lock icon🔒on the touch pad door lock when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Just what we needed!

The cabin was exactly as pictured. Clean, cozy, and close to all the excitement downtown but far enough away that we felt secluded. Margaret was very helpful with our stay and communication between us was fast and friendly. We are hoping to be able to make a return visit the next time we're in the area.

The cabin was in a very convenient spot, with many attractions in close proximity. Inside the cabin itself was extremely relaxing, giving off quite the homey aura. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great cabin!

The cabin had everything we needed and then some! We loved the hot tub, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the community pool, and close proximity to attractions and shopping. I would definitely recommend these cabins to anyone, especially families.

Sweet little cabin!

We LOVED this sweet little cabin! It was just the right size for us! Hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook and the charcoal grill was nice. The location was right in town and easy to get to yet was very peaceful. Will definitely return to this location!

Great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Owner was super nice and the property was extremely clean! Location is very close to everything and you aren’t driving way up a mountain to get to it. Definitely no scary roads here!

Great stay!

Nice little cabin close to parkway if you want to walk or take the trolley. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Cabin was very clean and we didn’t have to worry about finding parking as we had our own spot. Great communication throughout our stay and checking if we needed anything. Loved the fact there were handheld shower heads (comes in handy when washing toddler hair)!! Would stay again!

We had a great stay and I wish it could have been for long. One thing to know is there are squirrels in the attic, until they are removed they may wake you up.

Great Cabin

Perfect location, right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, but also quiet and safe. Property manager messaged a few times just to check on us and see if we needed anything. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Our little family was very happy with our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

My husband Jim and I are very excited about being part of the VRBO community. Sharing our home and farm to entertain our friends and family has been a great joy for us. Jim loves to cook, I enjoy making everything in the house and outside on the property beautiful and a pleasing experience for all who visit. We thought our attention to detail and passion for creating appealing spaces could be well adapted to sharing a vacation rental home for people to enjoy.

We both grew up in central upstate New York and we live on a beautiful small farm that we love to wake up to every day. Our passion for raising food in a clean and humane way has initiated us to raise all natural pasture chicken and pork for friends and family who feel the same way.

My great joys in life are gardening, creating charming outdoor surroundings and enjoying all of natures beauty. Jim's interests include fishing, hunting, farming, cooking, and making killer BBQ :-)
We both love to travel and enjoy meeting people and seeing all the beautiful places this country has to offer.
