The house was beautiful and the views were spectacular. It’s in a neighborhood but felt like we were the only ones there .the views from the sunroom were beautiful.Watching the wildlife was amazing.. definitely would stay here again .

The home is beautiful from the outside, hot tub worked perfect, and a great location near many attractions. However the inside had problems and indicated the home was not properly kept up with. The master bedroom door does not lock, there are major spiderwebs behind the master bedroom’s bed, the master bedroom shower head is loose from the wall, there are water stains near the master bedroom bathtub, there is a large crack on the kitchen ceiling, the dishwasher leaks water when using the sink (seems like water collects in the dishwasher when using the sink).I took pictures of many problems to ensure I would not be billed for them.

Second stay for us at Cozy Timbers. Love the location. House is well appointed but has a little bit of wear is beginning to show. Several spots need attention:1.Spots on the walls have been dented/scraped and need slight repair.2. We were unable to use the shower in the guest bath. The knob to switch from bath to shower is broken, but the bath part of the faucet was fine. 3. The deck off the master didn’t look inviting due to condition. All in all our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend it to others. We were there during one of the flash floods and were especially grateful for the feeling of security being at the top of the hill.
