The place clean and perfect for our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable. As this was a work trip, that was the most important for us. The location was central for us and provided for a good nights sleep.

Solid little house, 7 of us stayed here, great place in the basement to stay up late and play pong and hang out, with out worry of keeping the neighborhood awake! Easy drive to anywhere.

PRIMO! Nice house, quiet neighborhood. The beds! THE BEDS! Soooo comfortable! The only things missing are TVs in every room. The kitchen is well stocked, house is very cozy. Communication with host- second to none!

This home was as pictured. Plenty of comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with. The home is not in the best neighborhood. One of the nicer homes on the street. The brick steps on the entrance were not secured down. We had to remove them so my elderly father could safely navigate the steps - but, they were not safe for anyone. The sofa and rugs could use a steam clean.

Nice stay in Lexington

Convenient location, comfortable beds made for a pleasurable stay in Lexington! Over great house for our time there. Like Snoopy's dog house, looks small from outside, but pleanty of room for activities inside. Living room was perfect for relaxing after the days adventures in Kentucky.

Wonderful home

I stayed here with a group of friends and family. The home was very accommodating for all of us. We needed more towels and the host promptly responded to take care of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome home away from home in Lexington!

The entire house was clean and well kept! The owners provided an extremely helpful online guide that had information on different local restaurants and entertainment. The beds were so comfortable and spacious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we are in Lexington!

Very close to all our activities. The house was clean and had enough beds for our big group. Close to the neighbors so we were asked to respect the neighbors and not be loud outside after 9.

Perfect for the family!

This house was not only immaculately clean, but there were thoughtful touches throughout to make our stay a breeze - a full set of ALL the spices, cookware, extra towels, etc. The ping pong in the basement was a bonus and a great way to get everyone moving on a rainy day. We may not have been in our home for Christmas, but we felt very much at home in this adorable house!

Very Good Experience

The property is beautiful and easily accommodated my group. From start to finish Seth was available to answer questions and make the stay smooth. We were in town for the bourbon trail which was a short 30 min drive. Anything we wanted to do in town was a short drive or Uber ride away. We would absolutely stay at this property again

Clean, comfortable stay close to downtown

We were a party of 4 in town for the Kentucky Derby. This house suited our needs perfectly. 4 large bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space. House was absolutely spotless and nicely decorated. Very convenient to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. They even went above and beyond to return an item when one of our party left a jacket. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Lexington

This place was just great! Super clean, great bedrooms and the location was perfect for exploring Lexington. I cannot say enough about our host Seth. We were fully informed of the property before arrival with great tips and ideas suited to our visit. He had regular check-ins with us to ensure our stay was going well. Probably my best VRBO experience to date. Thanks Seth!!

Last Minute Accommodations

Our last VRBO canceled less than 24 hrs before so we had to scramble to find a lace that would accommodate us. This place is not quite as "updated" as promised. The loaction was near stores and downtown but the yard is not 100% fenced. The host was quick to communicate but the thing that really turned us off was how many cockroaches we encountered!! In the kitchen caninet, on the counter, in the bathrooms... Would never return!!!

Weekend away

We came for the K3DE at the horse park and this property was the perfect distance between the horse park and some nice restaurants in the city. We all really like the house it was a nice size and very cute.

Comfortable place for group

This was a very comfortable place. Sleeps a lot comfortably. Four bedrooms can easily sleep 12. Only has 2 bathrooms however. Very convenient to UK and entertainment.

Disappointing

Property needs a thorough cleaning. Heat was left off so the house was 44 degrees when we arrived. Manager tried to help, even sent some cookies. They claimed they would refund the cleaning fee but never did.
