Great Place

Loved the unit, great location, great neighbors. Small garage, had an big SUV and it didn’t quite fit with all the storage stuff in the garage. Couldn’t get out of vehicle in the garage. We thought driveway was blocking next door neighbor and offered for them to let us know but they were great. Owner was great to deal with also.

What makes this property unique

This townhome community is quiet and everyone is super friendly. It is located in North Naples, down the street from Vanderbilt Beach and walking distance to Mercato. There is so much to do, but yet you're not in the hub of all the tourism. However if you want to be around the hustle and bustle of downtown Naples, you're only 10 minutes away.
