Excellent Handicapped Support
Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat raiser and a stool, in case the bed was too high (it wasn’t.). Had I thought about it, I could also have bought and shipped a shower chair.
The staff was courteous, attentive and caring. We had an excellent stay.
