My family and I had a pleasant stay. Very convenient to a lot of restaurants (walking distance) The Host responded promptly. The pool area was very relaxing and nice. The only thing unpleasant was the freezing pool water. It’s not a heated pool (not sure if mentioned on the description or maybe I didn’t see it) But my son (although shivering) enjoyed himself and that’s all that mattered.

Added a resort fee of 20 a day without any previous knowledge . Nothing to make it seem like a “resort”. Cockroaches outside in the parking lot wasn’t a great first impression. The internet was spotty, couldn’t connect based on instructions provided.

Booked they VRBO and got different t check in time vs what hotel said. Also different nightly parking rate. Had to onto front desk to get a hair dryer because they did not pick up the phone. Even though it clearly states that hair dryers are in the rooms. And it did not fully work. Location was great but highly doubt I would stay here again.

The parking fee and deposit were higher once we arrived than advertised. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, mold growing on the shower. The pool was not heated so we couldn’t use it as we stayed in February. Communication with property owner was slow and didn’t lead to a resolution.

Upon arrival, parking fees and security deposit were more expensive than the host originally said. When we arrived to our room, the hallway into our room smelled like sewage water, to which then the maintenance said was nothing, and they sprayed some vanilla air freshener in our room and called it a night. We slept with our balcony door open all night to air out the room. Aside from that the hotel was clean and check-in/ check-out was easy, but seemed like the hotel staff didn’t care for customer satisfaction.

Overall not a bad stay for a cheap price. We did not use anything but the room for sleep to travel the next day. The shower faucet was difficult to swap from tub fill/shower head. Other than that, it was not terrible. Clean, cold a/c, ICE machine was free and easy access. A huge parking lot, well lit. Could use a few more lights at the very back, but no complaints. Charging to park over night though... that is wild. I was a little thrown off there.
