The beach is 50m from the apartment and the balcony has a view on the Arcachon market (without any noise pollution).
Hotel services with linen provided, shower gel and shampoo and as a bonus: free parking.
The space
There are 2 bedrooms with a king size bed 180 and a double bed 140 + a sofa bed 160 in the living room.
The apartment is on 2 floors with the bedrooms on the first floor and the living room + dining room/kitchen on the ground floor.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower, one with toilet. One on each floor.
Linen is provided and will be put on your bed, as well as towels and bath sheets.
Guest access
You have free access to the parking lot located in the Jehenne street (about ten meters from the apartment). Thanks to a card you will collect in the apartment, you will be able to reach the carpark during all your stay for 1 car. (To know : Your place is not guaranteed. If the parking lot is full, which can happen in the middle of the day in summer, you will have to wait for a space to become available).

The building has 2 accesses to exit: Boulevard de la plage where the apartment is on the ground floor and from Rue Jehenne which is below. To enter, there is only the access from Boulevard de la Plage avaible.
Other things to note
In addition to parking, we leave a Netflix account available on the 4K TV in the living room. You will be able to access the whole service of films and series on demand for free.
