Close to shops, restaurants, cycle paths, Baïa bus, beaches ... Beautiful apartment T3 of 68 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator and closed garage of 30 m2 in the basement.
The apartment has a large living room-dining room of 30 m², a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven + microwave (2 in 1) Tassimo coffee machine, toaster ...), 2 bedrooms with a 140x200 double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet.

The 10 m² terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, 1 deckchair.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et l’appartement au top. Très bien situé car proche du port et des commerces il permet de laisser la voiture au garage. Le plus pour nos jeunes adultes la proximité du loueur de jets ski et de bateaux 😜

Belle adrese

Bel appartement bien placé. Proche des plages, commerces et navette pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture. De très belles visites à faire aux alentours. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
