Walking in to this condo will take your breath away with the stunning view of the Marina and beautiful sunny Florida all to the horizon. Open space and all tall ceilings with overwhelming wall to wall glass door to the lanai will make you feel relaxed and on vacation at first steps. The lanai is a favorite place of many guests. Either you like to take time with your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening you will appreciate the ambiance of this little oasis. When you are ready to explore just take an elevator ride downstairs and step into a streets of Cape Harbour with the look and feel of a mediterranean town with restaurants, boutiques, art gallery, French Press coffee house and lovely Marina all worthy world traveler. Live music for lunch at Rumrunners Steakhouse and evening outdoor events at Fathoms Restaurant and Bar will keep you entertained. Join the ladies on the patio for a class of Zumba most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 AM as well as Cape Harbour Marina offers boat rentals, fishing and sightseeing cruises and kayak and bicycle rentals. 2 pools, club house, gym, tennis court and basketball court available for your use. For a perfect staycation you can roam around Cape Coral for fantastic dining and entertainment as well as some beach fun at the Cape Coral Yacht Club public beach on Caloosahatchee River and finish the day with a cocktail watching a sun set and dolphins swimming around at The Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill. Beautiful place

Give this place a five star rating. The view is absolutely gorgeous. All the appliances in the kitchen are first class. The only thing I would change is it needs a lounge chair for older people the furniture is too low for an only person to get up comfortably that does not change the five star rating. I would come back next year definitely.

Beautiful place!

It was a little complicated getting into the property but it may have been because we were so tired at the time. The condo was a perfect setup for us and the property is beautiful!

Birthday Trip

Although the weather was cold and rainy, we had a relaxing stay and found some things to do. The condo is on the 8th floor and a great view. Great restaurant across the parking lot. Getting all the keys is a little complicated but just follow the directions. The only negative complaint is the low water pressure in showers. Not sure if it's controlled by the building or if she has a water reducer on them. Just takes awhile to get shampoo out of your hair if long. It's a very clean condo and decorated very pretty. I think you would enjoy staying there, especially in warmer weather.
