Spacious home built with eclectic design. Located on Royal St. Patrick’s golf course, hole number 19. That's right, this course has 19 holes! The clubhouse (includes restaurant) is located within walking distance. This home has 5 bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen). The master bedroom is on the main floor, three bedrooms are located on the second level as well as a playroom. The fifth bedroom is located in the finished basement along with a bathroom/bar area and exercise room. Enjoy the views of the golf course indoors or outdoors on the two story deck and poolside. A must see! Outdoor area includes an outdoor shower, toilet, bar, and hot tub.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course while swimming in the private pool. The front of the home also has a patio area to sit by the fire table with friends.
