Beautiful Property

The house was exactly like the pictures, really pretty. Great location within walking distance to shops and cafes. Joshua and Sarah were really good to deal with.

Your host

A real estate investor with a passion for historic properties, Josh and his wife Sarah fell in love with the small-town charm of "uptown" Perrysburg, Ohio, and wanted to create spaces for others to come, stay, and maybe even fall in love themselves. Josh, his wife Sarah and their two children currently divide their time between Perrysburg (for the food and atmosphere) and Lakewood Ranch, FL (for the sunshine). Josh currently serves as Director of Operations at Aspen Capital Solutions, a commercial finance firm.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located a short walk to dining and shops in uptown Perrysburg, as well as Woodlands Park and the 577 Foundation, both wonderful spaces for kids and families.

What makes this property unique

For guests traveling with children, our 3rd bedroom (full sized bed with pullout twin trundle) will comfortably accommodate three, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 guests.
