House of 140 m2 located 1h30 from Paris. 6 bedrooms including an extra bedroom in the attic (futon sofa bed). Sleeps 12, 14 with 2 mattresses on the floor (provided).

Large garden of 4500 m2. Above-ground swimming pool 10mX5m. Table tennis, footballs, volleyball/badminton net, basketball hoop, swing, children's play loft, garden shed, darts, petanque, board games.

Nearby activities: tennis court, canoeing, hiking, golf, picturesque villages, castles, abbeys, leisure parks.

Swimming pool: open only between 15 June and 15 September.
