A luxury villa in Shipyard Plantation. With a gorgeous lagoon and golf view. This first floor villa includes double master suites and a beautiful open concept gourmet kitchen! A truly spectacular updated villa to which no space went unnoticed. Enjoy a low-key island getaway with your family.
The villa provides two master suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The baths are completely updated with upscale sinks, new vanities, inlaid tile showers, and rain shower heads. One master suite has a wonderful view of the lagoon and the Shipyard Golf Course. You will see once you arrive, it's the perfect location, only seconds to the pool and tennis courts.
