We had the most amazing time in the apartment. Spotless and comfortable. Two minutes walk from the Christmas markets, and yet really peaceful and quiet in the building. An oasis of calm! Can’t recommend enough.
We booked this property well in advance, and constantly messaged the host about our arrival, and updated on our process there. Something seemed odd when we never got a response. When we arrived to the property, I ended up having to call the host. When she answered, she was suprised that I had booked the property, and said she wasn't aware of any reservations, and said to go stay somewhere else, with zero sympathies. Turns out, she was currently living in it. We had to contact VRBO and explain what happened. Thankfully we got a refund. It is jusy unfortunate we had to deal with slim-pickings on local hotels trying to last second, but we made due.I wouldn't recommend this property just on the sheer lack of communication and fustration the host caused.I honestly feel that she wanted someone to stay here longer, rather than the 2 nights we booked.
