Clean & Comfortable Condo!

We visited my daughter over Thanksgiving and wanted to stay close by, the condo was perfect. Check in was smooth, condo was clean and had all amenities needed for the holiday weekend. Only thing to note is the unit is on the third floor, no elevator, and there are 49 stairs to climb! All around, we really enjoyed our stay and Chris is a great host, takes nice care of the property.

Perfect Downtown Stay / Plenty of Amenities

There’s so much to do in the Omaha Old Market area. And this stay is within walking distance to all of it! We visited the Durham Train Museum for my younger kids, and all of the record stores for my teen. There’s plenty of dining options, and Chris gave us wonderful recommendations. Check In: I was able to park my car very close to the bldg. The owner was nearby if I would have needed anything. Property: Very clean! One of the best places to stay downtown! We slept great. My kids enjoyed take-out pizza from nearby Zio’s & watching a movie on the awesome tv. It is located in an old historic bldg; that has thankfully been preserved from the unfortunate fate of being turned into a parking garage. And there is a flight of stairs, if mobility issues are a concern for you. The only thing we would have changed is extending our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer! There was so much to do. Chris really goes above and beyond. It exceeded our expectations. Our family had a great time. And we would definitely stay here again.

Great location for people watching and party goers.

A fun loft property on a main party street in Old Market. Although this is on the top floor, realize that the open format of the apartment coupled with the rowdy crowds on the street will make a quiet night impossible. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest bringing ear plugs.
