Amazing luxury weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved staying at the Knotty Deer Cabin! This cabin was so beautiful and luxurious. It had everything you could need and more, including a hot tub and fire pit. The owners even provided a pamphlet for us to reference nearby cocktail spots, restaurants, and things to do. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

Better than expected! This was our fist VRBO experience and it did not disappoint! The cabin and location were exactly what we needed. Quiet, beautiful, fully stocked and still a secluded romantic escape. Close enough to amenities but far away from neighbors and noise. The house was clean and welcoming. The bed was beyond comfortable and the outdoor space was a dreamy retreat. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Place for Relaxation

My wife and I were very impressed with this cabin. Very nice and new. Only issue is I didn't have a cup holder while in the hot tub. Ha ha. We would recommend this one to anyone wanting to go to this area. Also was located close to everything so we didn't have long drives to make.

Overall the cabin was really nice, very clean, accommodations exceeded my expectations, my only complaint is that i received notice, the night before my arrival that the fireplace wasn't working, i was rather disappointed, but this had no effect on my stay....i would totally lease this cabin in the near future

Mixed feelings

The cabin could of been a romantic dream. Property sounded like it was very secluded. It wasnt, its right on a very busy dirt road. The cleanliness of the inside was better then the back patio. The back patio was nasty. Hot tub cover was nasty and it was only filled halfway. Chair cushions hadn't been cleaned in months. Leaves and dirt and cobwebs all over patio. Waterhose just left laying out. The kitchen was lacking pots n pans. And there was dirty cooking utensils in a drawer. And this one doesnt really matter but there was hair in bathtub. So for the price this place was not worth it at all. With some tweaks it could be a dream getaway.

This property is cleaned and maintained after each and every guest, but we are in the middle of summer and most of your concerns are usually items most guest come to expect since its very difficult to manage dirt, spiders, and leaves from falling on a daily basis. We encourage all of our guests to reach out to us if they find anything that is not satisfactory during their stay so we can address it immediately instead of waiting after they check out and writing a review on the issues. Such a great place!

Knotty dear was such a wonderful cabin. It was perfect for my husband and I’d anniversary get away. I was so excited for the hot tub and the bath tub. When we got there the hot tub was ready to go for us and they had complimentary bath bombs for us! The bathroom shower was also so roomy and great. The location was very easy to get to. It rained our whole trip and it was so relaxing being in the cabin and on the patio in the hot tub. I loved this property and I will be back again and again. Thank you for having us!

Great Getaway!

We searched through VRBO for a quick getaway trip with our newborn son and lucked out when we booked the Knotty Deer. The cabin was new, super clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. It was decorated and put together so well - absolutely loved the sliding rustic door with the full length mirror. We had a great time time cooking s’mores around the fire pit and spending time on the deck. The cabin was also conveniently located near local shopping/dining but also provided a remote wilderness feel. So glad we were able to stay here on our trip - we will be booking again in the near future. Thanks again! :)
