Wow, this space is incredible! It is lovely, spacious, well located, and Marshall is a very responsive host. We loved the unique split floor layout that allowed us to have our own spaces, and found all the amenities to be to our liking. The rental is private, and we never felt intruded upon during our stay; we especially appreciated the covered porch area. It's located in a great spot for walk-able coffee, food carts, and restaurants - a very Portland vibe! I would highly recommend this spot and would love to stay here again in the future. :)
We thoroughly enjoyed this spot to land for a couple days. The house was lovely and fit exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this spot and would 100% come back.
Spent three nights here while visiting our daughter, a student at Reed. No issues at all with the property, and it was close enough to campus (and to Woodstock, where we ate almost every meal) that it was super-easy to get around. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit her!
Great place to stay, neighborhood was quiet & safe. Property was clean, well kept, adequate supplies. Appliances worked well, beds and bathroom were comfortable. Cute little patio with privacy from the main house. Host was kind and attentive. Overall we would stay here again.
Came to Portland to visit family. The location of stay was in a quiet neighborhood. Found everything to be as described in the listing. We especially liked the outdoor, covered space as it rained several days during our stay.
The property was exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful set up with plenty of space. It was so close to everything we needed. I could not be more thankful to have stayed there while handling the passing of my father. Marshall let us book a day before arriving and it truly was perfect for us.
Place was perfect for our weekend stay in Portland. Close to a lot of great food but also not a far drive if you wanted to get to downtown. Space was clean and we liked that the bedrooms were separated on two different floors. We had no issues but knew Marshall was available as needed and he responded to texts quickly.
The Urban Lodge was comfortable and convenient for me and my grandchildren. Lots of places to play hide and seek. The beds we’re comfortable, there were an ample supply of towels and blankets. We love blankets! The host was responsive and prevented a problem by changing batteries on door lock. Great stay, would definitely recommend.
The location of the house was perfect for our stay. We were within walking distance of the quaint village center and parks. The house was very clean, cool & spacious. The larger bed and pillows were very comfortable. The finishes were a bit rustic but very serviceable. There wasn't a dishwasher or ice maker in the main kitchen but it wasn't a problem for us since we didn't cook/hang out at the house much. Nice property.
