About this property

Summary:
Welcome to the Portland Urban Lodge, a cozy, newly remodeled home nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with an off-street parking spot and ample on-street parking.

With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a kitchenette, the Portland Urban Lodge boasts beautiful wood finishes, two televisions and modern lighting and controls.

In response to a winter-time complaint, a wall heater has been added to the downstairs entry area February 2023.

The Space:
Set behind a separate house the Lodge is protected from the noises of the street. Entrances are from the front into the larger bedroom, and on the side from a spacious private covered patio into a lower foyer/kitchenette with maple floors and cabinets, quartz countertops and a stainless steel sink. Adjacent to the kitchenette, is a full bathroom with a shower. Up the stairs from this entry foyer is a sky-lit studio living room with Brazilian cherry flooring open to a full kitchen with a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and the second bedroom off the main studio.

The livable area is 800 squarefeet.

The entire unit is accessible to the guest excluding the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Near 57th and Harold, just half a mile from the heart of the Woodstock neighborhood where you will find the park, Safeway, New Seasons, the Library, Grand Central bakery and many others. Otto’s, an old-school sausage joint has an outdoor barbecue that has been serving up quality German sausage since 1929. With almost 90 years of service to the Woodstock neighborhood, you better believe this is a neighborhood hot spot! Other favorites include Nudi, Toast, Laughing Planet Café, and Ate-Oh-Ate Grill.

Easy and Convenient
Place was perfect for our weekend stay in Portland. Close to a lot of great food but also not a far drive if you wanted to get to downtown. Space was clean and we liked that the bedrooms were separated on two different floors. We had no issues but knew Marshall was available as needed and he responded to texts quickly.

Quiet, cozy spot in the middle of everything
We thoroughly enjoyed this spot to land for a couple days. The house was lovely and fit exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this spot and would 100% come back.
