This sublime, fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor of a Haussmanian building, it is ideally located between the Sacré Coeur and the Grévin Museum. Close to the Galeries Lafayette, you will be in the heart of Paris. The location is ideal for those taking the Eurostar or Thalys. This apartment will make you dream of a refined and elegant atmosphere with family or friends.

The fully air-conditioned 50m2 apartment is composed of:

- A living room with a dining room for 4 people with a TV corner

- A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster)

- 2 bedroom with 160 cm bed, television and bathroom with toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

The property was as described and a wonderful accomodation for us. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths was exactly what we needed and this was very clean along with a great location with 5 minute walks to Gare De Nord and Gare de L'est for both metro and other trains.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this quaint apartment in the 10th arrondissement. It's a small space, but the four of us still felt very comfortable. The area felt pretty safe, and checking in was pretty straightforward. My only gripe is that I wish we had more towels for our stay (even just an extra pair). If you're planning on staying here, bring your own toiletries, as we were given the bare minimum (a small hair and body wash and body bar).

It was nice being on the ground floor, showers were nice, very clean, stove was a little confusing just because I was unfamiliar with it. Beds were a little firm but I slept well

This apartment was in a pretty good location for exploring Paris. It had some nearby shops and restaurants and is near the trains and metro, but not near many attractions. The heat in the front room didn’t work, the wifi was not good, and more tea towels would be nice. We also were only given one set of keys, even after asking for more, so for four adults who wanted to go separate ways, it was difficult.

The apartment was in a fantastic location with the metro and train stations close by plus shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and grocery stores within a block or two. The apartment was small but very well laid out and was comfortable for the three of us staying there. There was a small miscommunication during the check in process so we ended up waiting for a little while but this was minor and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the apartment.We had several changes to our itinerary and the host was helpful and accommodating regarding making the changes.

This is a very clean, very nice property. Plenty of room in city where space is at a premium. The check in process was rocky, but was accomplished. They wanted an app downloaded that wasn't available on my phone. phone.

Beautiful apartment

Went for a quick trip with my sister in law. The location was great and conveniently located by Gare du Nord (main train station) so nothing was more than 30 mins away by train. This was very spacious and having a bathroom per bedroom was excellent! Only negative was that the AC never got really cold (but this is Europe so an apartment having AC at all is a plus.). Other issue was there were ants in the apartment, not an infestation but probably because this apartment is on the ground floor.

Great central location and spacious layout, but our stay was disappointing. No extra bedding or towels, only heavy winter comforters in summer. No toiletries or kitchen basics (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, paper goods) and no detergent for dishwasher or laundry. Appliances lacked instructions and some were unstable when opened. Safety/comfort issues included slippery showers with no mats, broken shower seal flooding the floor, loose toilet paper rolls, dead TV remotes, and slow Wi-Fi (10 Mbps). Only one key/fob for three guests. Street noise from first-floor location and ensuite AC didn’t cool well. On our last day, the water was shut off building-wide and never restored before checkout. Beautiful photos, but needs major attention to hospitality and maintenance to be worth the price.
