The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Check-in after 3pm with keypad number shared thru app.
- Trash & Recycle on curb after 5pm Wednesday for Thursday pick-up. Store cans either in garage or behind side yard gate out of public view.
House Rules: Adhere to "No Smoking" and "No Pet" rules. Ensure all cars are within driveway, and not parked on street overnight or within desert landscaped area, per HOA rules and regulations.
Yard maintenance and pest control service is monthly. Pest Control representative services the inside and outside of the property. If tenant is not home then only the outside will be serviced.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
