Welcome to VillaLaFleurSonoma! Our home sits on 300 feet of Sonoma Creek frontage and is surrounded by a stone wall gated circular driveway for your privacy. The creek is spring fed at the top of Sugarloaf Park two miles up the road and runs year-round, providing a serene and peaceful environment. New lighted Pickleball Court with NBA regulation size Basketball Hoop!

Our home is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a 16' x 33' solar/propane heated pool and a child-safe automatic cover. There's a $900 fee to heat the pool in winter so it's for stays of 4 or more nights. For shorter stays we offer complimentary Main Pool day passes to the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. The pool is surrounded by 2250 sq ft of Brazilian Ipe wood decking, a HotSpring hot tub, and a 12' x 12' resort cabana with comfortable seating. You can also relax in our 8' hammock cube or ten single chaise lounges with market umbrellas. Enjoy outdoor dining with your family and friends at our large concrete outdoor dining table that seats eight+, with a 36'' KitchenAid stainless gas grill and Ooni 16" pizza oven. Yamaha outdoor speakers supply your music for swimming and dining via an iPhone connection or portable Bose.

Featuring three king bedroom suites, two with private bathrooms, and a third separate bathroom with a two-person tub and shower. All suites have W Hotel pillow-top mattresses, down duvets, blankets, Ralph Lauren 500TC cotton linens, and robes. The primary bath has a steam shower and two-person WetStyle soaking tub overlooking the creek. We have Aveda Shampure shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the bathrooms.

The main floors are wide white-washed oak, and all baths are light Italian limestone. There's a 65" Sony Smart TV in the living room, the primary bedroom has a 65" Sony Smart TV, and the other two bedrooms have 55'' and 50'' Sony Smart TVs all on the XFinity 1200 Mbps super-fast internet for streaming. There's a remote control gas fireplace in the master bedroom. For keeping cool in summer, all the rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

There's stainless KitchenAid chef's kitchen with concrete counters, island sink, and a 6-burner Aga Legacy gas range. You'll have plenty of space in the 42" built-in counter-depth fridge and separate under-counter wine fridge. For coffee, we've added a coffee bar with a Nespresso Vertuo and pods, Bonavita drip maker and French press. Dine at the reclaimed farmhouse dining table that seats eight or at the outdoor concrete table that seats 10.

Our home is located within walking distance of some of the best wineries in the valley, and Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is just two miles away for horseback riding and great hiking. You can also enjoy the wonderful 5500 sq ft level creekside lawn, which is great for sports. Badminton and soccer goals available on request. At Villa La Fleur, you can escape the wedding chaos and retreat to a peaceful and luxurious environment. Sonoma Town Square is 15 minutes south on Hwy 12, and Santa Rosa is 10 minutes north. We're about an hour and 15 minutes from San Francisco. You can also fly into Santa Rosa (Charles Schultz) Airport just 25 minutes away on Alaskan/Horizon nonstop from LAX, Las Vegas, and Seattle.

perfect girlfriends getaway

This home had every single thing we needed for a weekend with old friends. The house was so perfect we only ventured out once to get supplies and to take a pretty hike just up the road.

A beautiful oasis

We came up for my 30th birthday and had such a great time! Tim was a wonderful host and responded so quickly during the whole planning process. The house itself is absolutely beautiful! Like out of a movie! Huge gorgeous backyard that my dog quite enjoyed romping around, bocce ball court, pool and hot tub were a plus! Would definitely come back again! Thank you again Tim!

Delightful Stay!

This home, is by far, the most beautiful, comfortable and spacious of all the places we have stayed. The king sized beds were incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom had the luxury of its own bathroom. Outdoors, we loved the swimming pool, the hot tub, the pickleball court and basketball hoop! What a treat. The creek along side the property housed frogs and crawdads. Fawns joined us in the evening. Our host was so generous to leave us fresh pizza dough, sauce and cheese. What a treat it was to grill pizza on the outdoor UNI pizza oven. We loved it! The kitchen was spacious with a large table and living room area. Two of the walls were made of many large glass doors that overlooked the spacious yard and gorgeous landscaping. We loved all of the creature comforts throughout the home and found it such a pleasure. We have family in the area. Unquestionably, we will return!

The house is well kept and well appointed. It had everything you could need. Especially in the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with spices and condiments which is a wonderful touch. Very comfortable and relaxing. We loved the beds! We also enjoyed the creek behind the house. We watched salmon spawning!

Lovely Home! A little further from some wineries than would have liked

It was close the street, but the street was off the main road, it was a very quiet property. The inside was nice and clean, and the beds were VERY comfortable! We stayed with 3 couples, 2 couples had lovely rooms with en-suite bedrooms, but the 3rd had a much smaller room and bathroom which had access in hallway. But the space ended up working well for us. We did have to account for some extra drive time, but we did a day in Napa. I would say it is a great property, and if you are planning on being more in the Glen Ellen area, it is perfect!

A wonderful place to stay for our daughter’s wedding in Sonoma

Lovely property with very nice outdoor space. Indoor great room/kitchen also wonderful. Very easy check in process and great communication with owner/property manager. 3 couples had plenty of space. Great stay in wine country

We recently stayed at this villa alongside the Sonoma creek with a group of six. The property is very cool and runs along the creek. There's a nice pool and hot tub, however we were unable to use the pool as it was a bit cool with lack of sun for heating. The kitchen and common area is really cool and great for entertaining. Nice bedroooms and bathrooms - great weekend spot.

The same person that constructed the Kenwood Inn & Spa built our house. We originally intended to live here but wound up moving to LakeTahoe for the time. We built the house as soundproof as possible using environmentally friendly shredded blue jean insulation. The radiant floors and instant hot water are all regulated by an 80 gallon solar heated tank. All the windows and doors were custom made of steel and installed by JG Forge in Tecate, Mexico. The floors are wide white oak sustainably farmed and imported from Connecticut. All decking is Ipe or Ironwood and is intended to remain unfinished and keep its weathered gray appearance for many years. We've installed a 20kw whole house generator with its own fuel tank so our guests are never without power when AT&T does their periodic shutdowns. 50AMP electric vehicle charger on site.
