Experience a modern twist on historic western accommodations! The views of Zion National Park to the East, Smiths Mesa to the North and Gooseberry Mesa to the South are breathtaking! Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while sitting around your fire pit gazing at the star filled night sky.
This wagon has 1 Queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 6 people and an indoor bathroom with a shower, flushing toilet and a sink. This wagon has heat and air conditioning. There is a small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker inside the wagon as well. Outside there is a Gas BBQ grill, a gas Fire Pit and a picnic table.
You will be given a door code on the day of check in.
Pets are allowed in this wagon. Must not be on the restricted breed list and is limited to 2 pets only.
Our park is located in Virgin, Utah. This is a small town with a ton of charm and friendly residents. The closest grocery store is in LaVerkin, Utah, a 5-7 minute drive from our park.
Zion National Park is a 20 minute drive from our Resort. There are a variety of restaurants and shops in the town of Springdale, just before Zion. Check the Zion National Park website for more information.

The room (covered wagon) was clean. The few staff members that we spoke with were very friendly. We enjoyed the onsite bbq grill and the fire pit. The complementary gift was a nice touch.

This place was perfect for some outdoor adventuring, and returning to a cozy restful retreat! The wagon was very clean with a lot of amenities for the space. There were personal touches that made it extra cozy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!
