Welcome to the tropical pool villa located in Lake Berkley Resort! The resort is conveniently located near the best parks and services, making it the perfect spot to begin your true vacation experience!

During your stay, you'll have access to 24/7 professional management company support, and your host, who will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

The villa has two master bedrooms which are great for families/generations or groups traveling together.

Groundfloor:

The living room is bright and airy with a tropical lakehouse atmosphere. It's a great place to chill and get together at the end of a busy Florida day. A plush, dawn cushioning sofa guarantees a relaxing movie night with your family and friends, or you can have a fun game night with foosball, The Simpson's arcade game, or multiple board games to choose from.

Get ready to experience a fun and laid-back dining atmosphere that will transport you to the Key West beach vibes! How about treating yourself and your loved ones to some mouth-watering fish tacos and delicious Key lime pie? With seating available for up to 14 people, you can enjoy the holidays with your whole family dining together.

Our kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your culinary needs, whether you're looking to whip up a delicious breakfast, prepare a scrumptious lunch, or cook a mouth-watering evening meal.

Just wanted to give you a heads-up that we've got you covered with some essentials to kick off your stay. Our STARTER KIT includes dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper/kitchen towels to make your first few days as comfortable as possible before you head to the grocery store.

1. Master bedroom you'll find a cozy king-size bed and a smart TV for your entertainment. The private bathroom is a real treat with a separate XL-soaking tub and a refreshing shower(4" step).

Our laundry room is equipped with a large-capacity washer and dryer to make laundry day a breeze, even if you're traveling with a big group. That way, you'll have more time to enjoy all the fun activities around here. And don't worry about packing towels - we've got you covered with an extra 14 pool towels!

Ready for some bug-free fun in the sun? Look no further than your private pool area, facing south and fully enclosed with a screen. Plus, you'll have plenty of privacy with no rear neighbors and a beautiful tropical backdrop to enjoy. So go ahead, grab your swimsuit, and let's dive in! The pool door is equipped with an electronic alarm for your young ones' safety.

If you're planning to take a dip in the pool during the cooler season (between October and April), we suggest getting pool heating to make your swimming experience even more enjoyable.

If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, please note that there is an extra cost of $30 per day for each night booked. To ensure that the pool is heated and ready for your arrival, please make sure to request heating at least two days in advance. If you are staying for less than 7 days, the pool heating must be for the entire duration of your stay.

For bookings longer than a week it’s possible to turn the heating on or off mid-stay with a $25 service fee for a house visit.

The villa is only a short stroll away from all the amazing resort amenities, the clubhouse, and the beautiful Lake Berkley. You'll be able to enjoy all the fun and excitement the resort has to offer in no time!

Lake Berkley Resort is a safe and peaceful, gated community offering a clubhouse with a large pool, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, and a fun splash pad for kids.

If you're looking for a fun day between parks, you can't go wrong with a trip to the lake. There's so much to do: you can relax on the beach, try your hand at fishing, or even play some beach volleyball. And when you're ready for a break, why not grab some lunch at one of the picnic tables with BBQs nearby? The area is right next to a play area too, so it's perfect with kids. If you feel like stretching your legs, you can take a stroll around the lake and see all the amazing wildlife on the small island. The best part? There are absolutely no extra resort fees for guests to enjoy all of these activities.

The resort is conveniently located only 30 minutes easy drive from the Orlando International Airport.
