7 bedroom + 6 bathroom vacation villa! Perfect for multiple families/generations that want to vacation together! Gated community with community clubhouse, pool, and gym! Backs to greenbelt for great views! Home has 4 bedrooms with queen/king beds and 3 bedrooms with bunkbeds/twin beds. One of the bedrooms is on main floor with queen bed and 1 bathroom on main floor. Total sleeping capacity=18.

Movie theater room and a game room with pool table, foosball, dart board, flat screen TV, video game systems, and more! Free wifi, full kitchen with utensils and plates/bowls/cups, laundry room with washer and dryer, living room with 75" TV and DVD player, and dining room. Backyard pool area includes table and chairs, lounge chairs, one large pool, one hot tub/sauna pool, and one shallow kiddie pool (with child safety fence). Heat can be turned on for pool and hot tub for an additional cost. Trash service comes 2x per week. Driveway can park 3 vehicles. On-street parking available. Portable crib, high chair, and stroller at home. All bedrooms have TV's, cable TV, and DVD players. Two large soaking tubs with separate showers. Bathroom on or near all bedrooms.

Home is 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom gates and 10 minutes from all other Disney Parks gates. 5 minutes from Interstate to get to Sea World and Universal Studios. Multiple restaurants close by, as well as a Wal Mart within 5 minute drive.

Have stayed in a number of villas over the last 15 years and this is a well maintained villa. Anthony ( the owner) ,responded quickly to any queries. The pool area was fantastic and was well used by both adults and children. We were a multigenerational group and it worked well for grandparents to have downstairs bedroom and the parents and children the upstairs.Check in at the resort reception was quick and easy. Could definitely recommend this villa and resort.

Our host's prompt replies to questions before and during our stay was excellent. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The pool is 7 feet deep and large enough for everyone to enjoy. There is a safety gate to help guard against little ones accidently accessing the pool. Our kids used the tennis court and basketball area in the neighborhood. Lots of things to do for all ages. A great visit for sure!!

Good proximity to Disney Parks

Very nice rental in a safe and secure neighborhood. The house was very comfortable for our group of 11. Great arcade games and game consoles in nearly every room our kids loved it. Original Pac Man game was a favorite. Great to unwind by the pool after a hot day at the amusement parks. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our family stayed at your property for 10 days and it was everything you said it would be. We really enjoyed our stay, the size of the property, the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool were a hit as were the game systems available for use in all rooms, large TVs, pool table, darts, pac man, and foos ball tables. The kitchen was well setup with everything we needed. We loved the property and close proximity to all of the local Orlando attractions.

This is a great property for people wanting to visit Disney World and other local theme parks. This home is the perfect generational home. There is room for grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, siblings, uncles, aunts, and friends. We have video games, BBQ grill, man cave, adult pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, movie theatre, dvd players, internet, cable tv, a neighborhood clubhouse, walking paths, large kitchen and dining areas.

What makes this property unique

There are activities for all ages. The home is comfortable for staying in on rainy days and close enough to Disney World to travel back and forth several times in a day. The home sleeps 18 people comfortably allowing for large families to all stay in the same home.
