Between the Alps and the Po Valley, about 65 m above sea level, the lake is located in the north in the region of Trentino-Alto Adige, to the west of Lombardy, Veneto in the east. Thus, the three provinces of Trentino share (north), Verona (East) and Brescia (west) administration.








PROPERTY DESCRIPTION



The apartment (Area 75 m²) is suitable for 2-3 adults and 2-3 children, is located on the ground floor, in a quiet resort with a swimming pool and children's play area with table tennis and volleyball.



Opening times for Pool complex: mid-May to mid-September.



The holiday home consists of living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, two broad covered terraces with dining and barbecue area and solarium area, private and fully fenced garden area approx 580 sqm with sun loungers, parasol and outdoor shower.



The apartment is further furnished with great care - see below "TOTAL EQUIPMENT" - and is just a few minutes walk from the center Cola removed. There you will find a supermarket, a bakery, bank, post office, hair salon, and numerous restaurant companies. There is also a home delivery service for pizza.



In the immediate vicinity there are many shopping opportunities and great outlet center, where there are brand merchandise at bargain prices. The atmosphere is inviting, because the shops are created in the Outlet Center as a small shopping street and not in a closed mall.
