Newly renovated full 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and all amenities one might need for a long or short-term stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Livingroom
- Sofa that doubles as a futon (if you have a 3rd guest).
- Smart TV with Wi-Fi. No cable TV.
- Desk and chair for work from anywhere :)

Kitchen:
- Newly renovated with granite countertop
- Bistro table for 2
- Full set of pots and pans and cookware.

- Newly renovated with walk in tiled shower

Outdoors:
- Patio furniture and a gas fire pit!

Parking:
- 2 spots right in front of the apartment in the parking lot (off street!)

First floor/ ground level apartment. Not a basement! Just 1 small step to enter the apartment from the driveway.

Nearby:
The local pizzeria and deli are a few blocks away, other takeout locations and restaurants are less than 1 mile away; or order in with plenty of restaurant options on Seamless and Grub Hub.

It's a quick drive (~9 min.) to a waterfront clam bar and grill.
- Great local spot to sit on by Great South Bay and enjoy a meal and a scenic view (boats, local beach, playground, sports fields, even deer)

If you love the outdoors we're perfectly located near numerous parks and golf courses.

Amazing stay!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. It looked exactly like the listing and was absolutely perfect for me and my boyfriend. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the grocery store was 5 minutes away. Our trip would not have been the same without this place.
