Weekend Stay in Nashville

Great property, easy to get to downtown with short Uber. Everything was super clean and enough space/beds for 12 guys. Weather didn’t allow us to use the roof as much as we’d like but great views of the city. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property for your next getaway.

Nashville stay

We were very pleased with the property. The layout worked well for our families. It was in a convenient location that provided a great home base for our trip. We did have a minor issue during our stay but Drew responded quickly and it was resolved. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and I would recommend this property to family and friends.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The location was good - near enough to Broadway, but not too near as to be too loud. The roof top area and view were fantastic! We had an issue on day one, but Drew was there immediately to take care of it.

Girls Trip

I had 7 guests and all of us had our own beds, 2 of us with our own room and bathroom. Super cool rooftop deck. Little things like linens are on the older side, but overall place is clean, beds are comfortable.

Awesome house

This house accommodated a large group extremely well. Plenty of space, layout convenient for privacy and to go to bed at all different hours. Extremely close to Broadway, $7-$8 Uber. Safe area.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect spot for a bachelor party! Super close to downtown, right in the music row area. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and so much space for entertaining! Seriously if you need a great place, choose this one. Keyless entry made it very easy for access. We even got to check in a little early to get things set up!

Girls trip

We really enjoyed our stay. I stayed in the same complex last summer and went back with my sisters and our daughters. We felt very safe and the house was very nice. The only trouble we always seem to have is getting an Uber to find the address. But other than that we plan on returning again and will stay in the same area.

Golf week

Liked the Edgehill area near Gulch’s excellent food and drink. Not far from golf. Wow, Broadway has become much busier than 5 years ago! Crazy strip. Nice visit. House was comfortable. Rooftop was a good chill spot.

20th Anniversary Work Trip

Great spot for our work celebrating with 8 women! Lots of beds that were very comfortable, plenty of kitchen pans dishes etc, garage was a plus. We didn’t use the rooftop because of weather but it was lovely view! Home needed more bath and hand and kitchen towels. Otherwise all good!

Awesome place to stay !

This property was amazing ! It had way more than enough sleeping room for a large group. The house was in a very nice location and easily walkable to the Gulch area and just a short Uber to downtown. The communication with property owner was very easy and a simple process. Next trip to Nashville we will definitely be back at this same spot. Awesome !

Great fun in Nashville

Property was just as advertised. Very pretty decor. Well stocked kitchen. Rooms as pictured. Rooftop deck was awesome. Neighborhood is safe and clean. Ubers were plentiful and very inexpensive. 5-10 minute ride to Broadway and local breweries.

Family reunion

Nice place! Plenty of room for all of us. The rooftop was really nice. Having use of the garage was a bonus. Blackout blinds would be nice. The sun rose early while we were here. Plus we struggled with getting a good temperature in the evening. It was a little chilly. Overall is was a great place to stay!

Exactly as Described

We were a group of 7 with a 7 year old child. Space was comfortable and never felt crammed in. Very close to downtown, right in the music row area and short walk to Biscuit Love. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Beautiful roof top deck. Keyless entry made it very easy for access. Easy communication with Tyler. We have already recommended this place to our friends.
