Bridal Suite --> Elegant bridal suite on main floor with vaulted ceiling, lighted chandeliers, massive walk in closet, spacious shower, soaking tub, entry to outdoor patio.

My own bed please? Why yes :) House offers 3 Kings, 12 twins, and a comfy sofa for the fun lady in the group who drinks a tad too much and decides the sofa near the entry is a good spot to nap. (extra beds allow for more options on who sleeps where)

Gourmet Kitchen that's large enough for ample Chefs to share and open enough for a shared meal and sprawling snacks. Just steps away is a cute dining table area.

Per Nashville city ordinance - the house is available for 12 overnight guests. (For those hosting dinners/ corporate events -etc, additional guests need to vacate prior to 10:00 Local & city noise ordinances to be observed). property is in Downtown Zoning so Street parking is available (2 designated spaces in the rear of the home)

Safety / Security --> House includes an external camera system which you can view from inside the home. All Camera's are external and residents have 100% access and visibility of these camera's (Front Patio, Back Patio, City view Roof Deck)

We had an excellent stay here. Owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful with information when asked. The neighborhood looked questionable but we felt safe the whole time and all the Uber drivers said it wasn’t a bad part of town. We were very close to the farmers market and downtown wasn’t too far either (some of our group even walked home one night). There was so much room and I loved the outside spaces! I’d rent it again!

Perfect location

Our group had a fantastic stay last weekend at this property. The home is everything it claims to be. Tons of space, bathrooms beds, modern kitchen, outdoor space, everything you need. We also loved the location as it is walkable to the Broadway scene but is located in the Germantown area which also has many things to offer. I highly recommend this for your trip to Nashville!

Wonderful home

I brought my daughter and her six friends for her 21st. The home was lovely, great size, decor was cozy and close to Broadway. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice and big for cooking. Working with Dallas was a delight. We will definitely be back to rent this home.

Birthday trip that included four (4) adult couples. House is absolutely beautiful! Very,very clean (I'm a freak about that). Rooftop deck is awesome. Great and quick communication with Dallas on any and all questions. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

The setup and location were awesome

The couch, living room chairs and duvet covers could use a good shampooing but overall great house, location and setup. We struggled to connect with the owner when we couldn’t get the temp regulated in unseasonably warm temps.

Great House!

The house is very clean and roomy! Kitchen worked great for us. Beds are super comfy! Didn't get to enjoy roof deck much as it was pretty cold, but it is really nice. House seems like a newer rental. Not stocked with any condiments/spices (usually people leave those behind). Didn't have hangers when we got their but Dallas ordered them and they were shipped to the house. Location is just a bit sketchy, but felt completely safe - just walked to stores using the buddy system or we Ubered! Would stay again!!!

Discovered a gas leak upon arrival Thursday night. Called homeowner immediately. Didn't hear from him until noon the next day and he wanted me to be at the house to deal with the gas company. Gas company came and shut off gas to the whole house. None of us could shower or use stove. Owner was extremely rude on the phone and needs a property manager that is in the state to deal with issues if he can't be there. You can also tell that the work to redo the home was not done properly. Two faucets were not installed properly (one did not even work), there should be a shut off valve for the firepit, the AC was not working on the second floor, the door to the bathroom on the first floor is not functioning (no handle, does not shut all the way), the back porch had old appliances sitting there, outdoor trash cans were full outside. Lastly, the neighborhood is very sketchy. Did not feel safe at night. I am extremely disappointed with our stay.

Not worth my time or money

I definitely don’t think it was cleaned before we came. There was sticky stuff in the floor of the kitchen and of the loft. There was also trash in the bathroom trash cans , and the toilet had not been flushed or cleaned. There were stains on the bedspread and was not washed. The host tried to scam me out of more money. The listing says up to 12 people but the host tried to charge me for anyone after the first 8 people. I had to cut my numbers down to 8 the day before. The host has poor customer services skills and I will never stay here again and the house is in the ghetto but there were no issues with crime. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

Darrell, My sincere apologies you didn’t enjoy your stay. Upon arrival we allowed early check in - late check out and you sent a text stating the house was beautiful. The house is zoned Downtown and anyone can research “germantown” nashville and make their own opinion of “ghetto”. Avg home price is about 1.2 Million in this area. I’ll now address the truth behind your review. Upon learning you would have several extra guests visit the house for business meetings; I suggested you cancel immediately. You declined because other “like” properties were much more expensive or not near downtown. I outlined the house caters to large groups / bachelor and bachelorette parties / family groups. Hence we don’t have office areas in the bedrooms. We don’t have a conference room setting, we don’t have 12 extra parking spots ( most our guests Uber or have 2-6 vehicles). I strongly suggested you cancel and you were upset with this suggestion and further upset when informed pricing would be increased as additional parties entered the house. As a result you canceled your onsite meetings and told me on a call you would keep the booking because the price was very favorable.

We had a group of 8 women, college roommate ! The house was perfect, beautiful 3 levels more then enough space and beds! The roof deck was a great plus to the home. The host was amazing with a early check in and answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions for the area!!

Bachelorettes in Nash

This stay was the perfect spot for a larger bachelorette group. Plenty of places for everyone to have a bed and bathrooms for getting ready with 14 women. The place was absolutely beautiful and only short trip to Broadway and to the airport. We spent a lot of time at the house and enjoyed the upstairs patio in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and in a safe location. Dallas was a great host, thank you so much!

Rooftop was such a bonus!

This house was amazing for our 15 person girls trip! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house is beautiful and very clean. The location was amazing, we were just a few minutes in an Uber from 12 South, Broadway and walkable to Oktoberfest! Perfect location and our host was GREAT with communication! One of our favorites was the rooftop space with the fire pit. We loved coffee there in the mornings and cocktails before we went out at night. It was such a great bonus to the already beautiful home! Thank you for hosting us. We had an incredible trip!

Girls Trip

The property was wonderfully located near all the best parts of Nashville. It was easy to get downtown to the store, the market and many Nashville restaurants. The home was beautiful, mych looked new and definitely well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and communicated well before and during our stay. The home was comfortable and very nice. Our only concern was the bed count and having enough bedding. There were 13 of us and there was not enough beds for our group. Most of the twins had trundles, so we were able to move mattresses around so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep! Unfortunately not all the trundle had sheet or blanket sets. We did have to put one bed together as the frame was in the closet and purchase a couple of sheet sets. The owner agreed to reimburse us, but we decided to rake the sheets with us! I would recommend this house to big groups, but first confirm the beds as needed for your group.
